Ingredients 材料:
6-7 chicken drumsticks 鸡腿
Marinate 腌料:
2 tbsp of oyster sauce 蚝油
2 tbsp of light soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine 绍兴酒
1 tsp of sesame oil 麻油
4 tbsp of corn starch 玉米淀粉
A dash of white pepper 胡椒粉
Marmite Sauce 妈蜜汁:
3 tbsp of marmite 妈蜜
2 tbsp of maltose 麦芽糖
2 tbsp of honey 蜜糖
2 tbsp of light soy sauce 酱油
1 cup of stock 鸡汤
- Chop the chicken drumsticks into half.
- Rinse the chicken with hot water (tap hot water is fine) for several times and soak it in hot water for about 10 minutes (to remove the strong smell of the meat).
- Marinate the chicken for about an hour.
- Fry the chicken in 2 batches until golden and crispy in a deep fryer. Remove the fried chicken and set aside.
- Mix the marmite sauce all together and put them in a Frying Pan in high heat. Put heat to medium when it boils, and stir it from time to time until it turns thicker.
- Bring the chicken back into the Frying Pan. Mix the chicken and sauce together, and make sure all the chicken is well coated with the sauce.

- 把鸡放回入锅子里,确保每一块鸡腿都沾上妈蜜汁。
