Fried Tomato Eggs 炒番茄蛋



Fried Tomato Eggs 炒番茄蛋 (Serves 3-4)
Ingredients:
1 big tomato 大番茄
5 large eggs 鸡蛋
4 tbsp of tomato sauce 番茄酱
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar 糖
1/4 cup of water 水
1 tsp of corn starch 玉米淀粉
A pinch of salt  少许盐

Optional:
Spring Onions 葱花

Instructions:
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot. Cut an X on the tomato. When the water has boiled, put in the tomatoes. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Remove the tomatoes from the pot and peel off the skin. Cut them into 8 pieces each.
  3. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in the Frying Pan, add in the spring onions, stir fry for a minute.
  4. Add in the tomatoes, stir for a minute. Then add in 1/4 cup of water.
  5. Add in the tomato sauce and sugar, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Mix the corn starch with 1-2 tbsp of water, then pour it into the tomatoes.
  7. Remove the tomatoes from the Frying Pan.
  8. Add a pinch of salt in the eggs, beat them up.
  9. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in the Frying Pan,  put in the eggs. Do not fully cook the eggs, move them every 5 seconds.
  10. After a minute, add in the tomatoes and mix them all together!
  11. Sprinkle some spring onions on top and serve. :)

步骤:
  1.  在一个小锅子里,煮烧两杯水。在番茄上刮两刀(x)。水滚了后,放入番茄。让它煮滚 3-4 分钟。
  2. 拿出番茄,剥开外皮。切成八份。
  3. 热两汤匙油,加入葱花,炒一分钟。
  4. 加入番茄,炒约一分钟。然后,加入四分之一杯水。
  5. 加入番茄酱和糖,让它煮约3-4分钟。
  6. 参太白粉和1-2汤匙的水,然后倒入锅里。
  7. 倒出番茄,搁放一边。
  8. 加入少许盐进蛋里,然后搅拌均匀。
  9. 热两汤匙的油在锅里,放入鸡蛋。不要完全煮熟鸡蛋,每隔五分钟炒一炒它。
  10. 约一分钟后,加入番茄,然后搅拌均匀!
  11. 倒入盘里,然后撒上葱花。:)
